Christopher Barakat is a competitive natural bodybuilder and two-time amateur champion. He received his master's degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Tampa.

Barakat coaches all categories of physique competitors, ranging from first-time amateurs to elite professionals. He also consults with a wide spectrum of athletes in various backgrounds regarding their sports-rehabilitation needs through his business, Competitive Breed. Barakat has a passion for helping others optimize their progress through evidence-based practices.
