Todd Kuslikis first became a dedicated follower of bodyweight exercises in his kenpo karate class as a teenager. He saw men with ripped bodies that had functional strength who could also perform astounding calisthenics tricks. This early experience opened the door to a whole new field of calisthenics-oriented fitness. Since then, Todd has devoted much of his life to discovering how men can build muscle and strength without the use of weights.
