Missing your heavy bench press days? Today you can pile on some weight. Don't forget to hit a strip set on your last set of incline bench press. If you can, have a training partner pull the weights off the bar so you don't get any rest!
You'll do a lot of chin-ups today. If you need to add resistance, do it. If you can't complete all of the pull-ups in the regimen, grab a band or do negatives. Whatever you choose, make sure you're working as hard as possible. Don't ever make excuses; Arnold would be ashamed.
