I am a little sensitive to caffeine so I don't want to take a pre-workout that contains caffeine with my BCAAs. NLA for Her Amino Burner fits my needs perfectly! It mixes really well, and both flavours taste really yum (but my fave is Sour apple). I'm re-ordering this again and again.

I use the amino burner as a preworkout and love it. I get great energy from it, sweat more, get a better pump and has an amazing taste. And of course helps with soreness/recovery. I have also used less just to sip on as an amino at the gym because it tastes so good.

So I already LOVE the Her Aminos product - when this launched it was like the best of both worlds! Plus, the Sour Apple taste SO freaking good! And the Mango does come in close 2nd for me. Again, using this helps me decrease intense muscle soreness/fatigue that’d I’d experience if I didn’t use this products, but I love the energy I feel after using this as a preworkout! On any non-lifting days I’ll stick to about a 1/2 serving as I personally get a good pump, but if I am lifting heavier, I’ll stick to a full serving and it definitely gets the job done.

Amino burner gives me a great workout everytime and has a pretty good dose of aminos to help prevent me from burning out. I love both flavors equally and it mixes very nice. LIFE HACK: I put ice in the water then remove the ice after it cools to the desired temperature then I mix 2 scoops of the amino burner. Tastes so good!

Her Amino Burner is my go to pre-workout and intra-workout supplement. I'm not huge on stimulants so the 100 mg of caffeine per scoop is the perfect amount for me. I mixed 2 scoops in my water jug and sip from pre-workout workout, through my workout. It gives me great energy and gets my metabolism going. I always break a great sweat!

I absolutely LOVE this product!!! Mix ability:10. Taste: 10. Effect: 10. I bought this, Her CLA and Shred Her at the Arnold and have been using it as a stack. This is the ONLY thermogenic product I've been able to use without feeling sick while and after using it. I can use it alone on an easy day to sustain and recover, or on an intense day as a stack with my other two NLA products and sweat like crazy and have tons of energy during my workout. Please don't ever discontinue this!!!
