What type of supplement is Her Aminos and what are its health benefits?
Her Aminos is my favorite! I try to only have one cup of coffee per day, so the energy that Her Aminos gives me totally helps with this. I can have 1-2 scoops in the morning and I feel SO much better than when I have 1-2 cups of coffee—, I get my BCAAs in! I carry Her Aminos with me all day and supplement with it any time I need a quick energy boost as well as during my workouts and immediately after my workouts. Directions For Her Aminos: Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately upon waking, before, during, or after your workouts.
